A memorial to the Blairstown Police Department's K9 Caster

A memorial was held in the Blairstown Elementary school gym. K9 Officer Caster, a German Shepherd, was a well loved visitor to the school when his handler, Corporal Herzer, came to the classrooms to show the special training needed for both the dog and the handler had to do to become a K9 Unit. Sadly K9 Caster's (End of watch) was on January 8, this year.
