Book Reports

          Each marking period, your child will complete a themed book report.  This report has a wide variety of formats in 3rd grade including but not limited to the following:  Story in a Can, Mystery on a cereal box, Mystery flipbook, Biography File, Animal poster, Animal Shape booklet, Sub Sandwich, and 10 Clues about Me, an oral report.  Explicit directions and an explanation of particular format will be sent home before each report.  You will also have to sign off that you have seen the directions, style of each book report, and due date.  Students will have approximately 3-4 weeks to work on any given report.
