Kids Helping Kids

The Blairstown Elementary School Student Council recently held a book drive. They collected, organized, and boxed more than 1,500 books. These books were donated to the Bridges of Books Foundation located in Holmdel, NJ.  Through this organization the books will be distributed to schools and individual children in underserved areas of New Jersey.  These books will help support the development of literacy skills and encourage a love of reading in children.
